Like most small business owners, you have relied on your personal credit to assist
you in financing the needs of your business. Debt Settlement USA understands this
and other pressures you face as small business owner.
The Small Business Division of Debt Settlement USA could help small business owners
settle their unsecured debts. Whether you’re a “Mom and Pop” establishment,
retail store, or work out of your home, we can help settle many types of debts with
creditors, vendors and collection agencies on your behalf.
Our negotiations process is very simple. Your unsecured business debts will be skillfully
managed by one of our professional negotiators and working together, will help you
reduce the amount of outstanding balances enrolled in the program. We communicate
directly with your creditors; provide them with the documentation that supports
your specific hardship or financial situation; explore various alternatives for
settlements; and negotiate aggressively on your behalf to get you out of debt.
To Qualify;
The total amount of the unsecured debt associated with your business must be at
least $12,000, and the balance for each individual creditor must be at least $1,000.
Unsecured Debt Includes:
- Credit Card Debt
- Oil/Gas Credit Cards
- Unsecured loans
- Deficiency balances on vehicles or equipment
- Business to Business expenses, e.g., invoices from former suppliers/vendors.
The following Debts are NOT eligible:
- Secured loans of any kind
- Mortgage payments
- Current invoices billed on a COD basis
Types of businesses eligible for the program:
No “C” Corporations are eligible.
How our program works;
We will help establish an affordable monthly payment which will be determined after
a thorough personal consultation between you and your debt consultant. Based upon
what you are able to save each month to facilitate settlements, we can determine
how many months you will be in the program and ultimately, to become debt free.
Once your enrollment is complete, we will contact each of your creditors and let
them know we are representing you and your interest in settling your debts with
them.
Reaching a settlement takes time, patience, and communication with Debt Settlement
USA. Once an agreeable settlement between you and your creditor has been offered,
your debt negotiator will obtain the settlement offer in writing from the creditor,
and then advise you on how to disburse the funds to the creditor.
Debt Settlement USA's Small Business Division works for you and is your advocate.
Our goal is to help you get out of debt so you can focus on growing your business.
